What do my crews need to install?

Nothing. Harmis messages them where they already are, on WhatsApp, iMessage, or RCS, and they answer however suits them: a voice note, a photo, a few words, in their own language.

Will this bury me in notifications?

The opposite. Harmis carries the back-and-forth with the field and only escalates what you've told it to escalate: an overrun, a blocker, a crew gone quiet. That's the point of it.

What kind of work does Harmis fit?

FttX and WAN deployment, where sites are bid ahead and built in the field. Built for the contractor's side of that.

Where do the dashboard numbers come from?
